Practifi Roussanne Release Notes

We’re excited to bring you our latest product release, Practifi Roussanne.

Originating from France’s Rhone Valley region, Roussanne wines are a rare indulgence. Deep golden swirls paired with scents of apple, peaches, and honeysuckle tease the senses before surprising the palate with full-bodied notes of lemon and apricot. Coating the mouth similar to sweet lemon bars or shortbread, Roussanne wines pair perfectly with the rich flavors of lobster, crab cakes, or roasted pork.

Difficult to cultivate, Roussanne grapes are harvested in small quantities. As a result, they normally serve as a delightful addition to Marsanne, Viognier and Chardonnay blends. Similarly, Practifi Roussanne is exceptionally complementary. With new features and improved platform performance, it offers sweet delights for everyone to enjoy.

Whether it’s changing ownership of clients and processes, or cleaning up duplicate data, the new Data Management app gives you the power to manage Practifi’s whole database in one convenient location.

Edit data at scale within all record tables

Driven by client feedback, it’s now possible to perform mass data edits within all record tables. Combining both simplicity and power, you can update multiple fields within multiple records at once.

Simplify process creation with the Deep Clone action
Easily set up new processes and variations by cloning a Process Type. The cloning includes all related Process Tasks, Stages, Outcomes and Actions so you can make slight adjustments instead of having to start from scratch.

Speed up task creation with Task Templates
If you find yourself creating the same task repeatedly, you can create a task template that’s pre-filled with the information you need to speed up task creation.

Simplify group task delegation with Queues
If your firm assigns tasks to a group of individuals rather than specific individuals, the My Queue and Open Tasks in My Queues dashboard tiles can help simplify your group workflow.

Track marketing activity with our new Constant Contact integration
Enrich your prospect and client data with Constant Contact marketing activity. Easily add and remove contacts from your Constant Contact list in Practifi to view all historical email engagement in the Constant Contact tab on related contact records.
